Following the thread of evidence

Original explanations, primary documents and visible limitations. Information quality also depends on what a source cannot establish.

The rules of this edition

  1. Start with AIFA, EMA, official documents and dermatology organisations. Describe individual studies with their limitations.
  2. Distinguish diagnosis, effectiveness, approval, availability and price. They are different questions.
  3. Show sources and check dates in each guide. A recent editorial check does not make an older source new.
  4. No personal dosing, photograph diagnoses, regrowth promises or clinic rankings.
  5. No invented doctors, testimonials, treatment-result photographs or clinical reviews. A future reviewer must be identified and approve the text.
  6. Original texts use automated writing assistance. Editorial reference checks do not constitute medical validation.

Updates and corrections

New AIFA and EMA safety communications take priority. For medicines, always check the current leaflet and product information for the actual product. The register retains source limitations. English translations retain the Italian regulatory context and do not establish licensing in another country.

To report an error, give the page, statement and primary document through the editorial contact. A substantial correction requires a new update date.

Commercial interests

This edition has no advertising, affiliate links, product sales or clinic lead collection. Any future change must be disclosed clearly.

Images and diagrams

The new editorial photographs are AI-generated illustrations of hair textures and everyday objects. They do not depict patients, staff, clinical results or a treatment comparison. Educational diagrams are simplified, not to scale, and are not diagnostic tools. Labels remain readable text and sources accompany explanatory graphics.

Limits

General information does not replace a clinician, prescription or product leaflet. This is not an emergency service. Open the source register ↗
